The "process" for getting a puppy!
I am a small breeder with limited puppies available every year. I do NOT do a waitlist fee anymore. This is because I am a small breeder and cannot promise puppies all the time. I have also learned from the past that my dogs may not take meaning not become pregnant, some times things happen and pups might not make it. The pups might be stillborn or not live past 24-48 hours. Plans also change for people and they may not be ready for a pup at the time I have them or may have gotten a pup elsewhere so I don't do a waitlist fee as I don't want to hold on to someone's money when they may or may not be getting a pup from me.
so what's the process...
FIRST THINGS FIRST!!
* RESEARCH me and the breed
*Review my page and look at past photos and pictures.
* Contact me after you have done your research. Most of your questions will be answered in a group or on my page.
* Know that you MUST be patient, it maybe be several months to year to get a pup.
*Fill out the questionnaire application

I only hold pups with a NON-refundable holding fee which goes towards the balance.
**I do NOT hold pups without the holding fee!!

** PLEASE do NOT send the holding fee until after you have contacted me, Caressa Dang. We need to speak first so that I can make sure you are the right fit for one of my puppies and so that I can send you the holding fee agreement. The holding fee agreement is sent electronically through email and needs to be filled out and signed before the money is sent.
If you pay by business/credit cards, you must add on the extra added fees as I don't pay for the added fees.
Pups will be picked in order of holding fees received.
* I will announce expecting and make a birth announcement.
*I will contact you within the first 2 weeks after birth.
*I will send videos & pictures of puppies that might interest you, we can also video chat through facetime or zoom.
* You will get updates with pictures and videos at 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks so you can watch your baby grow.
*Upon vet clearance at 8 weeks, pups can be pick-up
*Babies that are not spoken for, will be offered and posted.
Price
CLASSIC COLORS
Our Pet AKC registration (spay/neuter contract) START at $2,500.
Our Full AKC registration (breeding rights) START at $4,000.
CHOCOLATE COLORS
Our pet price for AKC Chocolate registration (spay/neuter contract) START at $3,500.
Our goals are to always better the breed and offer the best pets possible! With this is mind, majority of our pups are placed in pet homes with limited/pet registration and must be spayed or neutered. We do occasionally offer full breeding rights, but the pup must be evaluated first and will be placed to approved breeders only. We are very selective on who is allowed breeding rights. This is because if people are careless in who they mate their dog with, this could cause a stir of badly bred pups which takes away from all the work we have put into bettering the health of the bred.

$500- due when pups are born
$500- due when pups are picked
(This completes the $1000 holding fee)
$1500- due at pick up or 1 week before travel if flying. Plus any costs of transportation.
$2500- Total cost
Full Registration (Classics)
Holding Fee (Nonrefundable)
$500- due when pups are born
$1000- due when pup is picked
(Holding fee $1500 is complete)
$2500- due at pick up or 1 week before travel if flying. Plus any costs for transportation.
$4000- Total cost
Holding Fees are NoNrefundable
This is so that I know as a breeder that you are committed to buying one of my pups and preventing a loss of sell to another interested buyer. Please make sure that you are 100% full committed to purchasing a pup and ready for a full lifetime of enjoyment from them. There is a holding fee contract for both myself and the buyer before payment is sent to hold your pup.
