Holding Fee Agreement
DEPOSITS
The buyer agrees to place a NON-REFUNDABLE holding fee on the Cavalier puppy described above. Surety of Action Non - Refundable Holding Fee in the total amount of $500.00 is required to hold one puppy for Buyer until puppy is at least 8 weeks old & no older than 12 weeks.
You can send your holding fee 4 different ways:

The transaction will all be done as a secured transaction, any attempt by Buyer to reverse or flag this transaction will result in a monetary penalty of $500.00 to be paid immediately within 10 days. Payments made through business has 3 % fee charge added totaling $517.50, paying through friends and family has no charge.
****GoodDog has added a fee to their service and will cost BUYER $175 if paid through them.****
No Puppy/Dog will be held until a deposit/holding fee is received.
PURCHASE PRICE
The Total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $ _______. The Balance Due $ ______, after crediting the FULL holding fee of $500.00, will be paid in full at the time of pickup of said Puppy. This purchase price does not include any shipping charges which are calculated separately. If said puppy is being flown, the full payment of puppy is due one (1) week prior to leaving.
-There are no refunds on completed holding fees & failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Breeder to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer & retention of the holding fees is meant to compensate Breeder for this possible loss. This holding fee signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.
-If the puppy should no longer be available due to illness or through some tragic accident, i.e. the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the holding fee will be returned to the Buyer.
-The Breeder reserves the right to void this transaction & refund the holding fee if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy.
NO EXCEPTIONS
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the price of the puppy. Shipping on average is $550 anywhere in the US, this includes flight nanny, blanket, toy, gas to the airport, health certificate and food. We also ship international. Please call /text for shipping price.
