About us

Hello! My name is Dr. Caressa Dang. We are a family program that consists of my husband and I and our three boys. We love working together and pre-spoiling all of our babies before they are your babies. We have been breeding for about 20 years and it's a passion for us.

My mother started with cavaliers back around 1997. Our first cavalier was a black and tan named Dutchess. Her parents were brought over from England. We decided to give the show ring a try. From there, mother fell in love with a blenheim named Hannah. Mom had kept a tri colored name Mackmae and blehiem male named Ipo. These were her pride and joy. Over the next several years, Mom and I continued showing and breeding cavaliers.

As you have noticed the names seem a bit different. That is because they are Hawaiian and each name has a meaning. Infact, we had decided our kennel name to be "Malu Lani Cavaliers" Meaning Protected by Heaven.

Over the next 20 plus years, mom has since stopped with breeding/showing however I have continued researching to better the breed. I do not show anymore, but am still dedicated to producing a CKCS that has great health and conformation.

For the longest, we have only bred the parti colors, (blenheim and tri). I have recently dived into the solids and chocolates. It will be a while before any are produced but we look forward to it some day.
